Rapid CNC Prototyping Service

CNC milling and turning are ideal when you need parts in their final production materials. We machine from fully dense stock to deliver accurate, durable prototypes that behave like end-use parts—perfect for functional, thermal, optical, and assembly tests.

Rapid Sheet Metal Prototyping

Fast, economical prototypes in final metals for enclosures, brackets, and chassis. We combine laser cutting, CNC bending, hardware insertion (PEM®), spot/TIG/MIG welding, and finishing for one-stop delivery.

  • Profile tolerance: ±0.10–0.20 mm 

  • Bend angles: ±1–2° with proper setup

  • DFM guidelines: min slot/hole ≥ 1× t;hole-to-bend ≥ 1.5× t + R;inside radius start at ≈1× t (increase for 6061-T6/SS)

Rapid Prototype Injection Molding

When you need material-true prototypes or pilot runs, rapid tooling delivers repeatable parts with production-like behavior. We build aluminum or soft-steel tools, including family tools, insert-molding, and overmolding.

  • Materials: ABS/PC/PC+ABS/PA/PP/POM/PMMA/TPE/TPU/PEEK, etc.

Rapid Vacuum Casting Prototyping

Perfect for 5–50+ sets of cosmetic or elastomer parts with injection-mold-like look/feel—fast and cost-effective. We cast from SLA master patterns into silicone tools, offering rigid, clear, and rubber-like resins.

  • Shore hardness: 20A–90A, 60D+ rigid grades; tint/texture options

  • Lead time: up to ~20 parts in 7–15 days including pattern and curing

Rapid 3D Printing Prototyping

Fastest iteration for complex geometry. Choose SLA (cosmetic & clear), SLS/MJF (functional nylon), or FDM (large format & engineered thermoplastics). TPU options for flexible parts/seals.
