CNC Machining

Sheet Metal

Laser cutting, CNC bending, spot/TIG/MIG welding, hardware insertion for chassis brackets, battery and electronics trays, HVAC frames, ducts, shields, and crash-test fixtures—optimized for rigidity, weight, and coating compatibility.

Injection Molding

Rapid/bridge tooling through production. Material selection (ABS/PC, PC+ABS, PA66 GF30, PBT, PPS, PEEK), DFM for draft/radii/gates, texture & color management, and repeatability controls for interior/exterior trim and clips.

3D Printing

Fast, versatile builds for concept models, fixtures, and complex geometries. Suitable for design validation and jig/fixture development; multiple processes/materials available.

Vacuum Casting
